GOODS Should you receive incomplete goods, please notify us within 72 hours of receipt. The description of the goods corresponds to the information on the website, in catalogs, brochures, or other advertising materials. Changes to the goods that are necessary to comply with applicable laws or safety requirements will be communicated to you.

PERSONAL INFORMATION All information will be treated strictly in accordance with our privacy policy. We may contact you by email or other electronic communication methods, and you expressly consent to this.

CONTRACTUAL BASIS The description of goods on our website does not constitute a contractual offer to sell. The contract is only concluded when you receive an email from us with the order confirmation. It is your responsibility to check the confirmation for completeness and accuracy.

PRICE AND PAYMENT The price of the goods and any additional delivery or other charges are shown on the website at the time of ordering. All prices include VAT. You must pay by credit or debit card, and we can accept payment before delivery.

DELIVERY We will deliver the goods to the delivery address within the agreed period or, if no agreement has been made, immediately, but no later than 30 days after conclusion of the contract. You may cancel the contract if delivery is significantly delayed.

RISK AND OWNERSHIP The risk of damage to or loss of the goods passes to you upon delivery. You acquire ownership of the goods only after full payment.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL AND CANCELLATION You can withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. To exercise your right of withdrawal, please inform us by email or post. If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery charges, unless you have chosen a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery option.

CONFORMITY AND WARRANTY We are obligated to deliver the goods in accordance with the contract. The goods will be of satisfactory quality and fit the purpose for which you purchased them. Any manufacturer's warranties remain unaffected and supplement your statutory rights.

DISCLAIMER OF LIABILITY The provider is not liable for losses that were unforeseeable at the time the contract was concluded or for losses in the customer's business environment. Consumer rights are not affected by this.

DATA PROTECTION We treat your data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and only process the data that is necessary for the fulfillment of the contract.
