Because we can accept your order and enter into a legally enforceable agreement without further consultation with you, you should read these terms and conditions carefully to make sure they contain everything you want and nothing you don't agree with.

APPLICATION These Terms and Conditions apply to the purchase of goods by you (the Customer or “you”). We are Vape and Liquid Outlet, contactable at the email address ppgad@pucrs.br. These are the terms on which we sell any goods to you. By ordering our goods you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. You may only purchase goods from the website if you are eligible to enter into a contract and you are at least 18 years old.

DEFINITIONS

  • Consumer: A person who acts for purposes which are predominantly outside his or her trade, business or profession.
  • Contract: The legally binding agreement between you and us for the supply of the Goods.
  • Place of Delivery: The Supplier’s premises or such other location specified in the Order where the Goods are to be delivered.
  • Durable medium: paper or email or any other medium that enables information to be stored in a way that makes it accessible for future purposes and reproducible without change.

PIECES If you receive incomplete goods, please notify us within 72 hours of receipt. The description of the goods will be as shown on the website, in catalogues, brochures or other advertising material. Any changes to the goods that are necessary to comply with applicable laws or safety requirements will be communicated to you.

PERSONAL INFORMATION All information will be treated strictly in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We may contact you via email or other electronic communication methods and you expressly consent to this.

CONTRACTUAL BASIS The description of the goods on our website does not constitute a contractual offer for sale. The contract is only concluded when you receive an email from us confirming your order. It is your responsibility to check that the confirmation is complete and correct.

PRICE AND PAYMENT The price of the Goods and any additional delivery or other charges will be shown on the Website at the time of ordering. All prices are inclusive of VAT. You must pay by credit or debit card and we may take payment prior to delivery.

DELIVERY We will deliver the goods to the delivery location within the agreed period or, if no agreement has been made, without delay but no later than 30 days after the conclusion of the contract. You can terminate the contract if delivery is significantly delayed.

RISK AND TITLE The risk of damage or loss of the goods passes to you upon delivery. You only acquire ownership of the goods after full payment.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL AND CANCELLATION You can cancel the contract within 14 days without giving any reason. To exercise your right of cancellation, please inform us by email or post. If you cancel the contract, we will refund all payments made, including delivery costs, unless you have chosen a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery.

CONFORMITY AND WARRANTY Our duty is to supply the goods in accordance with the contract. The goods will be of satisfactory quality and fit for the purpose for which you purchased them. Any manufacturer's warranties remain unaffected and are in addition to your statutory rights.

DISCLAIMER The provider is not liable for losses that were not foreseeable at the time the contract was concluded or for losses in the customer's business environment. This does not restrict consumer rights.

DATA PROTECTION We treat your data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and only process the data that is necessary to fulfill the contract.

DISCLAIMER AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION We try to avoid disputes and find a solution to your concerns within five days. In case of a faulty or incorrect item, we will send you a replacement item after returning the defective product.
