📦 Return of goods
- Returns within 7 days possible after receipt of the goods.
- Only unopened, unused and undamaged products are accepted.
- Refund via the original payment method after checking the return.
- Processing time: approx. 3-5 business days after receipt of goods.

- A return label will be provided; return shipping costs will be deducted from the refund amount.
- Note: Opened e-liquids or products with a broken seal are excluded from exchange.
🛡️ Warranty & Devices
- 7 days guarantee from the delivery date.
- After expiry: Please contact the manufacturer directly.
- No guarantee for wear parts, leaks, improper use, accidents.
- Option: one-time refund or Exchange.
🚬 Disposable products
- Guarantee is individually checked.
- Defective disposable products are refunded, no exchange possible.
- Cases covered: Defect on arrival, leak, accidental activation.
- Not covered: Flavors, shelf life.
❌ Non-refundable items
- Coils, pods, glasses, water tanks, vaporizers
- E-liquids (except in cases of transport damage)
🧾 Defective products
- Return within 14 days possible after the date of purchase.
- Shipping costs are borne by the customer, except in case of damaged delivery.
📦 Missing or damaged items
- Report within 48h required upon receipt.
- Glass items and accessories are only in case of transport damage covered.
🛑 Cancellation of the order
- Contact us by email: ppgad@pucrs.br
- Subject: "Cancellation request: [order number]"
- Before shipping Cancellable. After shipping: Reject or return the package.
- Refund via original payment method or credit note.
📭 Lost or stolen packages
- No liability after confirmed delivery.
- Complaint directly to Shipping service Submit.
