All about VibeVape points

💎 What are VibeVape points?

  1. Points can be used like cash when shopping.
    100 points = €1,00.
    Customers can collect points through various activities – e.g., when shopping, writing reviews, or recommending friends.

  2. All points must be earned in accordance with the rules and customer code of conduct in our terms and conditions.
    In case of violations, the points will be set to zero and/or the customer account will be blocked.

💰 How do you use VibeVape points?

  1. 100 points = €1,00.

  2. A maximum of 1.000 points can be redeemed per purchase.

  1. Submit product reviews

  • You will receive 100 points for reviews that include a photo or video.

  • Only applies to the first five reviews per month and per account.

2. Place an order

  • Every order is rewarded with 100 points.

3. Friends recommend

  • If a friend you recommend makes a successful purchase, you will receive 200 points.

📋 Information about your points

  1. If a customer requests a refund, the points received for the corresponding order will be deducted.
    Points can also have a negative value – new points are used first to balance this negative balance.

  2. Each point is valid for 365 days from receipt.
    We regularly check your points balance and adjust it if necessary.
