Delivery Times

The delivery time of your order consists of two parts:

• Processing time: 3-5 business days (Orders will not be processed on weekends.)
• Delivery time:
  • Germany: 7-9 business days
  • Other EU countries: 8-10 business days

Shipping & Tracking

All orders are shipped from our local warehouse in Germany Your order will be shipped by DHL Express delivered directly to your home. Once the package has been shipped, you will receive a Tracking number by email. You can track the shipping status here:

Delivery address

Your order will be shipped to the address you provided during checkout. Please check your address carefully before completing payment.

Lost or delayed package

If your package is lost or significantly delayed, please contact our customer service. We will promptly address the matter and help you resolve it.
